As a pastor and professional counselor, Pastor Robert Rogers seeks to encourage personal transformation, spiritual development, and wellness in the lives of people by equipping them to overcome obstacles to growth, fulfill their purpose and potential, and live authentic and meaningful lives.  He further seeks to empower people of color to combat systemic racism and internalized oppression. He is committed to social justice, community building, people working together, and empowering the Church to fulfill its purpose and mission.
